We have a strong group of primary care physicians supported by a broad array of medical sub-specialists and sophisticated technology to meet your health care needs.
We provide skilled inpatient nursing care as well as progressive step-down services for patients who require cardiac telemetry, chemotherapy, respiratory, general and orthopedic surgery and other specialty needs in our medical/surgical unit.
Care is provided by an interdisciplinary team involving physicians, nurses, case managers, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, dietitians, pharmacists and other health disciplines. This highly trained staff knows that each patient is unique and renders care based on individual physical and emotional needs. A high emphasis is place on patient education so that the individual and family will feel comfortable caring for themselves at home. We believe that patient education and appropriate planning for home discharge needs will result in a healthier outcome for the community in general.
Our nurses are motivated to continually update their skills and knowledge. They are involved in continuing education actively pursuing a higher degree or certification in specialty areas.
Our unit is bright and cheery and currently undergoing a decorative change promoting a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. We offer our community personalized, professional care in a patient focused atmosphere.
